Legal
Privacy, plainly.
We collect as little as we can, use it only to reply to you and build your website, and never sell it.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, business name, email address, and optionally a website link and a message. When you become a client, we also handle the content you give us for your website (text, images, opening hours, and so on).
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages are visited; it does not identify individual visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you want, to build and launch your website.
- To provide the Care plan: hosting, maintenance and content updates you ask for.
- To send invoices and service messages. We do not send newsletters or marketing sequences.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to operate: our hosting and email delivery providers, and — for clients — the domain, hosting and integration providers connected to your website. We do not sell or rent personal data, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and as long as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fuliastudio.com and we'll sort it out personally.
Cookies
This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we ever add a service that needs them, we'll ask first.
This policy is written in plain language on purpose. If you need a specific clause for your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA or similar), tell us and we'll provide it.
